PAYMENT METHODS
All of the Pimpin’ Products can be paid in 3 different ways:
Paypal – Accepting all of the majors credit cards – the payment confirmation will be send to you by e-mail, once your order has been processed. (2/3 Days)
Money Transfer – The Banking codes will be sent to you by e-mail, once your order has been processed. When the transfer check’s out your order will be on its way!) (4/5 days)
Against Delivery – Pay only when you receive the Pimpin’ Stuff. (2/3 Days)*
*Only applicable to European Orders
SHIPPING
Exchanges:
All orders need prior authorization and a claim should be made within the first 10 business days after you receive the goods, this will allow shipping time to make the 30 day return policy. When making an exchange the outgoing shipping is free, excluding express shipping!
Returns:
If there is a problem with your order, DON’T WORRY, THE PIMPIN’ DUDES WILL FIX IT!
Please read everything before returning any of the Pimpin’ product ordered:
We will ask you to confirm what is the problem with the item received and also for your order number. If everything’s checks out, we will as soon as possible solve the situation. We just want our Pimpin’ customers to be happy and to reveal themselves!
- I didn't like the product received (not feeling the Pimpin’ effect on me!)
- I ordered the wrong item (upsy, wrong pimpin’ model)
- The item was damaged but NOT due to shipping (there’s something wrong with my Pimpin’ item)
- The item was damaged during shipping (shazaaaammm! the post office’s dudes are dumb asses!)
- Incorrect item shipped (Those Pimpin’ Dudes are crazy...)
- Other problem. Please describe. (Wazzzuuuppp... reveal yourself!)
All Merchandise must be returned within 10 business days of the date you received the item. All items must be accompanied by a receipt. Merchandise must not be damaged, worn, washed, soiled or torn. Your account will be credited for the merchandise within 24-48 hours after we receive the goods. All customers returning merchandise after 30 days will be given a store credit only which in turn they can make an exchange for a different size, style, item or color. You are responsible for returning the merchandise to us in a timely manner.
Can I change an order?
If your order has not been processed yet, you can change or cancel your order. If your order has already been processed, we will be unable to change your order and you will need to make a return or exchange once you receive your goods. If you want to just return the item purchased, there is a 40% fee from the total of the item, for restocking fee. Shipping is not refundable.
I haven't received my order yet, has it been shipped?
If you have received a shipping confirmation email, than your order has been shipped from our Pimpin’ Point. European orders currently take from 2-5 business days to arrive.
International orders can take anywhere from 1-3 weeks since several of our packages get held up in customs. If your international order has not arrived within this timeframe, we recommend checking with your local post and customs offices to make sure your package is not being held.
In any situation, we will help you so all of your Pimpin’s stuff gets straight into your hands!
