Paypal – Accepting all of the majors credit cards – the payment confirmation will be send to you by e-mail, once your order has been processed. (2/3 Days)
Money Transfer – The Banking codes will be sent to you by e-mail, once your order has been processed. When the transfer check’s out your order will be on its way! (4/5 days)
Against - Delivery – Pay only when you receive the Pimpin’ Stuff. (2/3 Days)
Can I make changes to my order after it has already been placed?
Once an order is submitted through our website, it is usually not possible to make changes to the order. We do our best to pull and ship orders as quickly as possible which makes these types of changes very difficult. You can always contact us at info@thepimpinpoint.com to request a change to your order, and we will see if we can catch it before it ships.
How do I cancel my order?
To cancel an order, simply email info@thepimpinpoint.com request the cancellation of your order. Please be sure to include the ORDER # in either the subject line or body of your email. If your order has already shipped, we cannot cancel your order.
Can I come buy products directly from your warehouse?
Unfortunately, we are not currently set up to process orders directly at our warehouse. We hope to be able to allow this soon, so please check back in a bit.
How much will shipping cost me?
5 to 15€ to Europe and 10 to 20€ to the rest of the world. The shipping rate that applied to your address will be sent to you with your order confirmation, by e-mail. We only charge you a safe and secure shipment, no other extra fees are charged with your order.
Can I track my shipment?
You can track your order if send by mail, by the number of the order that we send you on your email, than go to www.ctt.pt and track the order.
Or we can track your order for you and let you know when it will get at your door…
Will there be customs fees applied to my international order?
International orders may have additional fees applied to them by the receiving country's (your country's) customs agency. Unfortunately, Pimpin’ has no control over these fees and we are unable to estimate fees or determine whether or not there will be any. To learn more about your country's customs fees and any other import duties/taxes, we recommend contacting your country's customs agency.

Is This My Size?

How are your shirts printed?
All of our shirts are printed using state-of-the-art screen-printing processes and other apparel embellishment techniques, including soft-hand inks, water-based inks, specialty inks, foils, flocks, appliqués, and embroidery. We verify and certify each and every product that is final, so we can guaranty the quality of the product, so important for us.
How should I wash my Pimpin' tees? Will they shrink a lot?
Generally, cotton shrinks when it is washed. If you purchase one of our 100% cotton tees, there will be more shrinkage when you wash it than with our 50/50 cotton-poly blend. Of course with either type of shirt, you will see the least amount of shrinkage if you wash the shirt in cold water and hang it up to dry. On the other hand, you will see the most amount of shrinkage if you wash your shirt in hot water and dry it on the hottest dryer setting. Typically you may experience shrinkage of 3-5 percent in both the length and width after wash with our 100% cotton tee, and 1-2 percent shrinkage in both the length and width after wash with our 50/50 cotton-poly tee.
If a particular design or size is sold out, will it ever be reprinted?
We try to keep the number of designs we reprint to a minimum - usually just a few each month. So....if you see a tee you must have and it is currently available, we suggest grabbing it before it's gone!
The Pimpin’ Concept is based on the exclusivity and limited editions of the products, so if you really (really really) should have a sold out product, send us an e-mail and we will try to make it happen!

Vinyl work, what it is?
The vinyl is an auto-adhesive sticker which is cut to have an original form, that you can place in your car, your home or your ipod! Is a decorative object, easy to remove and is lifetime is about 3 years. All our vinyl products are produced with the highest standards of quality, all certified by DelightWorks, a company specializing in cut vinyl.
And how it works ?
To put the P’Dekalkz on any surface, simply remove the back of the vinyl, put it in place and remove the transparent face.
Where can I apply the P’Dekalkz ?
The P’Dekalkz adhere to all smooth surfaces: walls, windows, refrigerators, furniture, objects.

Delivery Time and Return Policy?
The delivery time of the vinyl work is 4 / 6 business days. Our return policy is the same for all the products but in vinyl works we do not accept exchanges in case of damaged or unglued products.
What is your return policy?
If there is a problem with your order, DON’T WORRY, THE PIMPIN’ DUDES WILL FIX IT!

If everything’s checks out, we will as soon as possible solve the situation. We just want our Pimpin’ customers to be happy and to reveal themselves!

Who pays for return shipping?
If the return is due to a mistake on our part (i.e. we shipped you the wrong shirt or the shirt has a defect), we will reimburse you for the return shipping costs as long as you use a standard shipping method. If you are returning a shirt because you are not happy with it or want to exchange it for a different shirt, then you are responsible for the shipping costs. Before you ship anything back to us, please email info@thepimpinpoint.com first so we can provide you with complete return instructions. Also, make sure you include your order # in the email.
How long does it take for my return to be processed?
Please allow up to 2 weeks for us to process your return.
